1. Service Description

InvoicePeppol provides a web-based service that converts PDF invoices into structured e-invoice XML formats (Peppol BIS 3.0, XRechnung, ZUGFeRD/Factur-X, UBL Credit Notes) compliant with the EU EN 16931 standard.

2. Accuracy

While we use AI-powered extraction and validation to ensure accuracy, the generated XML files are provided on an "as-is" basis. You are responsible for reviewing the extracted data before downloading the final XML. InvoicePeppol is not liable for errors in the generated output.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload files that are not legitimate invoices
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or rate limiting
• Use automated tools to bulk-upload files without authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI extraction prompts

4. Data Handling

We process your data according to our Privacy Policy. Uploaded files are deleted immediately after processing. See our Security page for details on our data protection measures.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days notice. Subscriptions are billed monthly. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Liability

InvoicePeppol's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Modifications

We may modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
